Default anybody can explain

Ive Had This Power Loss Prob For A Few Days Now But Ive Noticed When I Try To Acclerate Hard I Get Kind Of An Rattle But Is Too Inconsistent To Be From The Engine But Has The Tone Of Like A Wrist Pin Its On A 1998 F-150 With The 4.6l Triton Thanks

That sounds like the noise my moms 4.6 was making last summer. I would bet that a wire or one of the coils is going south. I would go to autozone and get a code read. It will tell you what cylinder is misfiring.
