Another AC, NOT txv,
just had the TXV replaced ad still not cold. I heard it may be the compressor valve, but may be the entire compressor.
The shop that did TXV evacuated my r1234yf, and put it in another vehicle while putting the freon from the other vehicle in my 2018 f150.
The guy says I most likely need a new compressor and condenser and suddenly that my freon is dirty so i'll need all new of that (?)
The gauges showed the low side reading high with the truck on and ac full blast. The shop says that I should have the voltage checked on the compressor valve but they can not do it.
"the compressor is working but the fluid is not moving"
i had a guy last year from another shop mention the compressor valve as well (stupid me couldnt find it when i went to the shop yesterday for the TXV)
