Default another 100k

I have a 07 150 4.6L 4x4. Unfortunately I have been a terrible owner and done nothing more to the ol girl than change her oil. She currently has 115,000 miles and it just hit me that I need to do something so she doesnt leave me stranded. I would like everyone's opinion on maintnence that i must do at this point to get another 100k out of my truck. thanks.

make sure all your bearings/joints are greased. last thing you want is your upper and lower ball joints going bad (shops quote anywhere from $700-$1200 fix) just because they are worn from not being watched and greased. Change all of your fluid (specifically trans fluid!) if you havent replaced your shocks and struts Id suggest that as well, though they might not need replacement you will feel how much of a better ride it is with new ones! (I replaced mine with RANCHO RS9000XL shocks that work great, rides like a new truck even though my old shocks werent broke...they were just worn.)

like lariat stated. check everything on the suspension and grease all parts. chances are they wont have grease fitting is they are OEM. keep up on regular oil changes, change your diff. fluids. trans fluid is iffy after 100k. some people say change some say dont. change your coolant, replace all your brake fluid. that is one thing people do not do. over time that fluid breaks down. just bleed the system keeping the master full until the fuild is clear.

another good thing to do is clean your MAF and your TB. replace your spark plugs if you havent already. replace your fuel filter. check your shocks.

Tranny fluid change (I like to add lucas to any tranny with over 100k), coolant flush, change the unibelt, spark plugs, pump out the old powersteering fluid and replace with regular mercon atf, change the rear end oil ( I used royal purple 75/140 for antislip) clean the mass air sensor, clean the throttle body. Run a good fuel injector cleaner through it a few times.

Change Air and fuel filters. motorcraft is about the best you can get
