Alignment Surprises
I have a 2006 F150 2wd Supercab. I had it aligned at 60000 with no surprises. Now it has 109000 and I am having it done again since Im putting on new tires. Any educated guesses to what extra issues/cost Im going to have at this time? All that mileage is town and Highway.

Unless you have hit some curbs or potholes regularly, you shouldn't have any extra costs. My 2000 F-150 has 154K miles and I've never replaced any front end parts.

In the past, I found shops that would check the alignment for free - and only charge if it needed to be aligned. If your existing tires have worn evenly you likely don't need an alignment.
