Default from the body shop......

airbad indicator light flashing is an upcoming code issue. mine has done it. when hooked up to a diagnostic terminal, it showed that an 02 sensor was going to fail or allready has, sure enough, that was the issue. hook onto a diagnostic terminal and see what you get.

My airbag light has done that before, just flashed a few times after I turned the truck on and then stayed illuminated from then on. Turns out the LED above the radio for the passenger airbag signal burnt out. I just soldered in a new led with a resistor and the airbag light never came back on. After you turn on your truck, look to see if that light comes on for a few seconds, if not, then that might be the issue. Quick fix if it's that, hope this helps

Oh ya, a code never popped up when that LED burnt out on mine. I knew exactly what it was because I changed out all the lighting on my dash myself and became extremely familiar with everything. It's the Check Engine light that illuminates when a code pops up. The airbag light will come on for a general malfunction in the airbag system. If that doesn't work then it may be a fuse or something came disconnected.
