Default Advice on mechanical condition

Here's another candidate: it's a 1978 F-150 Ranger. Cab and bed have been repainted recently and look pretty good. frame was painted some time ago I think and seem to have only some surface rust.
Floor panels seem to have been patched up, not sure that is the proper way of doing it. is it?
The mechanical conditions of the truck seem a little more questionable: there is a small leak from the oil pan plug, and also it seem from the transmission (see pictures). Should I worry about it?
Also the rubber bushing at the end of the suspension arm seem pretty shot and the arm has some rust. Again, should I worry?

Any suggestion on how much I should pay for it? it's got a 300 6-cylinder motor, and 4 speed transmission. Interior is not in great shape.
