Default Accelerator problem

When I start off driving for the day or sometimes when my trucks sits for 10 hours at work when I start to take off it feels like something is holding it back in the driver side front tire. Almost like I got the break halfway engaged and then after 5 or so seconds it goes free and I have my power again :/ anyone know what the problem is or any idea? I don't hear any noise until "sometimes" when it gets freed and hear a jerk type sound :/

You can take apart you brakes on that side and grease the slides and where the pads sit on the bracket. Just make sure you get the right grease and don't over do it to prevent anything form getting on the rotor.

I have not checked behind the tire yet I'm going to set a time sometime next week to take it apart and see of I can see anything. What would the right grease be?

Go to the parts department at a Ford dealership and ask for a tube of Brake Caliper Grease/ Dielectric Compound. I beleive the number for it is XG-3 and dealerships should stock this in high quantity so they should have it. It's made by Motorcraft and works well.
