accelerator pedal switch???

What is it, what does it do and is it an expensive fix? Searched and nothing came up so does it even exist on 04-08 5.4

Its not a switch per se its a rheostat. Sending varied voltage to the throttle body motor. This is very simplified but basically how it works. What kind of problem are you having?
