OK. I know I had to get it rebuilt in 2007, but I am not sure of how many miles since then. Other than that I have not done anything that comes to mind.

First time it revved up in first gear, but not super quickly, and the same when I shifted to second. When I went back to drive it seemed to bog down again a little but I was close to speed. The second time I tried it it was bogged down in first for about a short but, and when I shifted to second it seemed to pick up better. Just as an add on I did check fluid again and it is at proper levels and is still pink.

So, does it seem like it's upshifting too soon or like the engine itself has no power?

I talked with a guy at the transmission shop and he highly recommended not changing the fluid. So I wanted to update on the symptoms and what I have done so far.

The truck will accelerate very slowly. If I press the pedal all the way down it will rev the engine and pick up speed a little quicker. Sometimes when I do this it will get up to about 3000RPM before its shifts.

I looked at codes and the only one I have is for the OS sensor after the Cat on the passenger side, which I changed. Still waiting to see if code comes back, did not help acceleration issue.

I cleaned MAF sensor and looking at ODBII it appears to being operating correctly as well as the intake temp sensor.

The Bank 1 and Bank 2 Sensor 1 are reading all over the place as expected. Bank 1 and Bank 2 Sensor 2 are reading almost zero or really low all the time.

Changed TPS and changed IAC.

Looking at vacuum on ODBII is sits around 10 inches of vacuum when idling, but starts to fluctuates a lot when in drive.

Also gas mileage is insanely bad. Drove ten miles home and used almost a quarter tank.
