AC shuts off on Max setting
Vehicle is2011 Ford F-150 Lariat. The problem began in the winter months. Started out the blower would not turn on. I could feel and smell the heat on but no Blower. once warmed up it would come on. Till one day it failed to come on at all anymore. I replaced the Blower Motor and the Controller module. All seemed fixed. Cut to AC weather. AC now cuts off in the MAX setting.
AC started to feel warm. Charged the system. Ac is now blowing cold again but still cutting out on the Highest setting.
Is it time to throw in the towel and got to the shop???
It seems my radiator fan is coming on at every stop light. More then I have ever noticed before. When the AC is on.
When I asked about my concerns at the shop they said it was normal. But it feels off to me.
