Default ABS Fuse

I have a 2000 F150 V8. When I insert the 50amp fuse for the ABS there is a clicking noise coming from the fuse box when the truck is off. Any Ideas?

What component in the fuse box is doing the "clicking"?

I cannot figure it out. It appears to be under the fuse box. Could the ABS module be clicking.

Your ABS control module has failed.
