Default 97 4.6L problems Check Engine & ABS

Hello. Im new here this is my first post. Im from PA. have a 97 F150 4.6L with about 126,000 miles on it. My back brakes lock up right after i first start the truck up in the morning. I notice it more on wet days. Now im getting a pretty bad shake from the rear brakes when i get on them hard. After the initial sticking they seem to work fine except for the shaking. Thinking ill have to replace the drums and brake pads and then i can put the ABS fuse back in. I took it out after all this started so it wouldnt keep kicking in.

My next issue is my Check Engine light. Just come on on Tuesday evening. Went to the Auto parts store and had them plug it in. says Bank 1 running lean. Guy told me it could be the Fuel Filter or maybe injectors. Ive had this truck since 79,000 miles and ive never changed the fuel filter. I think i will start there and run some good fuel system cleaner through it. Do you guys have any suggestions on where to start? I notice a little rough ride when im on the highway but im not sure if i can attribute it to this issue or tires. Its been like this for a few months. Any help would be appreciated. Im also thinking im going to have to change the gaskets and exhaust manifolds because they are leaking. not sure if this is something i should tackle or take it to a shop. thanks guys.

Put a new set of Motorcraft plugs in it, and a new set of Motorcraft wires on it if they haven't been done in a while, and yes, change the fuel filter also.

The codes P171 and P174 are lean codes. This often indicates a vacuum leak. Check all your hoses especially at the PCV valve in the valve cover. Intake manifolds also leak after time, so you may need a new gasket OR a bad upper O2 sensor on that side of the motor.
Your ABS sensor may be your issue with the brakes, NOT the brakes themselves. The ABS unit pulses and can feel like shaking. Test the sensor first.
