96 F150 will not start

96 F150 will not start
2 weeks replaced fuel pump, gas tank, fuel regulator, and filter. Driving 2 days ago and it shutoff with no warning. Pressure gauge on the rail shows 40psi when i turn on the key then about 3 seconds later the brake proportional valve clicks an the pressure goes to 0. Pressure only comes back when i cycle the key again. Will try to start if i bump real quick but not. Pleas help!
