Default 5.4l spark plug issue???

hey, just pulled the plugs on my 04 and did as i was told.... stalled it out on combustion chamber cleaner and let it sit for a couple days.... chillin time... cleaned er up real well and proceeded with the pullin... none of the plugs brkoe, at least not the porceline. two of the eight plugs were missing the lower half of the metal casing... tried compressed air and a vacuum.... magnets (not magnetic dammit) can't seem to locate the ends... could really use another point of view here... thanx...

ok IF you lost the ends of the plugs in the motor you have two options load it up on a wrecker and bring it to the dealership, or remove the heads and find them... are you sure they are not stuck in the spark plug holes? if they are you can get the leslie tool and remove them that way

i used a combustion chamber cleaner that i fed in through the main vacuum line off my master cylinder... i have been told that it helps loosen carbon deposits that usually are the cause of broken plugs. the plug itself did not break... the leslie tool will not help. just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. lower half of metal casing is missing... was having a bad miss when engine was warmed up to ot.

i put a scope in and voila.... the metal end is not in the cylinder.... lol, i wish... waitin on scope... new plugs go in no problem... this sure is suckin. one buddy figures the ends may have been chewed up.... explaining the miss fire. bought the truck with 262 000k, the old plugs sure were ugly though.
