Hi I have a 5.4 3v and the pin on the cam phaser broke off and ate the end of my cam off I have a trashed 4.6 out of a 2007 f150 are the cam interchangeable any input appreciated

 

I'm 98% certain that they're not. The only reason I say 98%, and not 100% is because sometimes I'm wrong. It's a different motor though. 4.6 in 07 was a 2 valve. The 3 valve 4.6 F150 didn't come out until 09, even though the Mustangs had them already.
