What tech advised of the replacement module? Meaning was this check done at Ford, a friend that you call a technician or a local favorite shop that you trust?
What tests were run to determine the module has failed?
Do you have any codes that indicate what the problem may be?
What about the 4x4 isn't working properly that has lead you to having it investigated?
Is it a 4a transfer case (like in a Lariat and above) or the normal 4x4 hi/lo transfer case

It is a Lariat, and it was the local ford tech, 6 months prior the ford dealership rebuild transmission everything seemed fine until I needed 4h soon as I selected the wrench popped up, so I assumed they must have left something unplugged when they did tranny work...I'll find out what code it was...
