Default 4.2" LCD Screen

2013 F-150 4.2" middle LCD screen does not come on in the morning (0515hrs) But does come on in the afternoon after work. Does it have something to do the the auto lights? Is there a sitting to fix the problem.

Mine does the same thing but is not time dependent, I notice it's random sometimes after the truck has been sitting for a few hours I'll get in and the radio will come on (audio) and the screen is blank, then after a few secs the screen lights up. I don't have my auto lights on.

I'm on the road between 4:30-5:00am. I think it's a software issue.

Curious to see if more people report this oddity. But you are not alone.

My 2010 fx4 had the same issue when I first bought it. I took it in and a master reset was performed on the sync. Did not see the problem again until this year. I did the reset this time around March. I traded it in on a 13 platinum eco. I did notice on this one, when I would start it, the radio maybe on a completely different input eg. AV or USB. Then at times it would be on the radio but no sound. I would turn it off then on and all was ok. Finanly this past week I could not change the channel via the control on the steering. I did a master reset and it's all working fine. We will see. The truck just turned 2700 miles.
