2018 XL Super Crew - Roof Trim

Default 2018 XL Super Crew - Roof Trim

Has anyone had a look at the 2018 roof? Saw mine tonight and it looks like some trim is missing. The plastic trim comes up onto the roof from the rear window and stops about 3” onto the roof. There is an empty screw hole at the end of the trim. Just curious if anyone else saw this or there is a reason for it.

Yup that's it. The superduty hasn't moulding up there and the concept Atlas does too. Looks good.

Found this on my 18 F150 XL so its a thing I guess.. Looks like a leak waiting to happen to me.

That's the cover for the seam and it's a rivet not an empty screw hole. As you drive around you'll notice most vehicles have a similar roof molding including the previous generation F-150.
