2015 volume knob not functioning

2015 volume **** not functioning
Volume **** stopped functioning on my 2015 XLT. Tried disconnecting battery for a few minute and also master reset on the touch screen. Pushing button turns radio on and off but turning to control volume does nothing. Any ideas?
