2014 5.0L running hotter than it should
I have a 2014 5.0 and my coolant temp at highway speed runs anywhere from 230 to 239 consistently at low rpms. If I manually shift the truck to a lower gear it does lower the temp. I have replaced the thermostat, water pump, and radiator and flushed the fluid. Not sure if its the CHT being off or shorting out. Tired of shotgunning parts at it. I've read every forum I could so I figured I'd just make my own. Anyone have any suggestions?
