Default 2013 Rear Brakes not releasing completely

I noticed a coulple of days ago that my three month old 2013 F150 XLT with only 7500 miles started jumping as i took off in the morning wet grass. I thought it was just slipping in the wet grass because I didn't drive it past the morning. Today, I took it out on the road and noticed the same thing at stop signs then noticed "skid" marks when I pulled in to a parking lot to check it out. As I pulled off slowly watching the wheel in the mirror, it was catching slightly. I checked the parking brake but, it wasn't set. I set it and released it but, it did not correct the problem. What is going on?

The fix may or may not be simple. In either case you sure as hell don't want a dragging brake. Get it back to the dealer soon. Warranty will cover damage to any components that could have been damaged. Your MPG & trans will be happy when they don't have to fight the brake too.
