Have a 2013 FX4 eco, has the 275,55,20 tires and rims, my truck developed a vibration (like a tire our of balance) at 48,000. That's correct I drive around 25,000 mile a year. Ford dealership felt the vibration around 42 mph and up past 60. The tried balancing the tire, changed the driveshaft, replaced the rear rotors. Still no help, they encouraged me to replace my tires, so I did at $1000.00, even though the used a complete set off a 2015 to see if the tires/rims were the problem, the loaner set didn't help it still vibrated. The mechanic said that all FX4 Extended cabs vibrate, mine vibrates so bad the rearview mirror shakes almost unusable. I took it upon myself to take it to a reputable mechanic local, he gave it the once over after checking the tires, and put it up on the lift to check rotating assy, he is convinced the rearend is bad either a bearing or axle.


My question is has anyone else had or felt this issue, of course my truck has some miles where it use to be smooth ride now it feels like ****. Any help would be appreciated.
