I changed the oil in my truck about 3 weeks ago and shortly after that when i was creeping around in the mountains on good dirt raod, the no oil pressure light comes on, give it a lil gas or let off brake and let it roll faster it comes back up. The other day i was driving thru town and was going about 35 mph and let off gas and it did it for just a sec. And come back up, i have let it sit and idle for about a min with no oil pressure light on and it never makes a noise in the motor.

2012 f150 4X4 5.0 with 81000 on it, no other issues with truck.

That's a lot of miles in three years. Are you the original owner?

No it had 58000 when i got it

Okay, well that makes me worried because I don't know how often the previous owner changed the oil and filter... any noises?

Never makes any kind of noise and i have let it sit running with no oil pressure and it never makes anything out of ordinary, im thinking electrical or maybe the oil itself, never done this until i changed the oil this last time. It was previously maintained at the local ford dealership, and the truck was as clean as a new one so i dont think he mistreated it or neglected it

Im using recomended weight and synthetic with a wix filter

Well yeah but the PO might not have. Low pressure is usually caused by either a blockage somewhere or a blown seal.

Doesnt leak any oil and both times i changed oil it was clean, i know that may not mean much, i have craweled all over motor looking for any kind of signs of leaks.
