Default 2011 Suspension

I put on some bigger spindles about a year ago and in doing so i busted a couple ball joints but had to roll with it to get back to work the next day. Now a year later the truck is really starting to make noise, especially when turning. Im going to replace upper control arms, lower ball joints, and outer tie rods. How do I know if replacing the outer tie rods will solve the noise issue when steering? Since i put the spindles on the steering angle is pretty bad. And if I'm already taking all this apart do i replace my shocks/struts? My truck has 105,000 miles. When I put my spindles on I didn't even have to take my struts off so general question but can you change the UCAs on a 2011 2wd without taking the strut out? Any help would be much appreciated.

I did. At 105k you're probably do for new shocks anyway. Plus you could get longer shocks to go with the taller spindles.
