2011 F150 temperature dial

Hear a knocking in the dash when I turn the temp all the way to the left.
Now it's continuous and blower won't work. Any suggestions

The knocking noise will be your blend door actuator, that's behind the radio. You blower motor might be bad, check for power and ground at the motor.
