I looked for an existing thread but could not locate one. I have a 2010 F150 XLT Supercrew which the interior lights have been flashing on really quickly when I start the ignition. It comes on for less then a second the comes off. I dont remember it doing this before and it does not do this every time I start the truck. Im not a worrier but just wanted to see if anyone else has had these issues and to try and make sure it is not the start of some bigger electrical issue issue in the making. Thanks for any responses

Ive had this issue ever since i put led interior dome lights in. Don't know why it happens id also like to know.

Few days ago my starter gave me a bit of a rough start amd the cluster guages starting twitching like it was on crack. Took it to orielly and autozone and had them test the battery and altenator. The factory battery inside was giving low amps and was nearing 4 years old. I replaced the battery with oriellys superstart extreme (144 frickin bucks and came with three year warranty). Long story short it fixed the guages and the interior lights from flashing when i start it. I think motorcraft makes a horrible battery. I have had one explode in a 2013 taurus.

Some LED's don't have built in resistors, and they flash like that.
