Default 2004 F150 electrical issue

I have a 2004 f150 that sat for a period of five days and is doing weird things when I went to use it again. First, when the door is open there are no dome lights. With the key on, the radio and windows won’t work. The headlights work, and so do the power unlocks. The most important thing that doesn’t work is it won’t start. When the key is turned there isn’t even a click. However after the key is turned, there is a rapid click from somewhere under the left side dash. I’ve checked fuses and most of the grounds especially the one on the passenger kickpanel and cannot find anything. The baffling part is it was parked just fine. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Forgot to add: the gauge needles point in random directions now

It does sit outside. When I was gone and not using it that week it did sit out and it did get some decent rain on it. Does that give any clues to what it could be?

Pull the passenger side kick panel and inspect the grounds for body rot or loose connections.

I pulled the panel and where the three wires ground ran a jumper from the battery straight to them and still nothing.

Check the other side also. If the ground wires are secure and free of corrosion, there is no need to run a test ground.

What is the state of the instrument cluster and all of the lights there when the ignition switch is turned to RUN (not START)? Also, how is the PATS LED behaving?

Both kickpanel grounds are immaculate. Here is what the dash gauges look like. They are all pointed in wrong directions, but they kinda move where they’re pointing super slow to the point where you only notice it after coming back to it. There are no lights on with the key turned on to the run position. I’m not sure where the PATS light is.

I’m not sure where the PATS light is.
That's the light that should slow-flash when the truck is turned off.

Does the digital odometer/display show anything when the ignition switch is in RUN?
