Default 2001 V6 low power stumble

I have a 2001 F150, V6, 5 speed, with about 70,000 miles on it. When driving in 4th or 5th gear at low RPM, it has an occasional stumble;sort of like the engine quits for an instant. This occurs when applying the slightest pressure on the gas pedal. After the stumble, all works normal.
I show an engine light with the code stating EGR valve. I replaced that and have pulsing vaccuum at the vaccuum hose. I still have the enginge light and nothing changed with how the truck runs.
I also replaced the spark plugs, battery, and oil change. I bought this truck a few months ago.
I'm too stubborn to go to a mechanic. A little help please?

Might be dumb....but did you check all your fuses? I had a problem similar to this on the wifes car, and it was a blown fuse...something triggers it after 55 MPH and it resolved it.

Thanks, I'll check the fuses, but I have the issue at speeds below 55 mph as well.
I was thinking maybe the sensors on the intake side might need cleaning, but I have the old stigma of ruining them with solvents.

I cleaned all the fuses and replaced the EGR vaccuum sensor (bottle top looking thing on pass side of intake manifold connected to EGR valve). Still have stumble and now code states miss at cylinder 6.
Next suggestion?

there are egr solenoids try those maybe? i'm currently having similar issues with my 4.2 but not throwing a c.e.l. however my problem is fuel related. check your fuel pressure at idle should be around 50-60 psi. also check the resistances on your coil pack. also since it's your egr i'd try replacing the pcv since its cheap and simple and check all the vacuum hoses in the area. the pcv elbows and all those seem to crack alot from my understanding. search the forum its a wealth of knowledge to help you trouble shoot/make you think outside the box. there is plenty on this issue from what i've found.
