I have a 2001 f150 supercrew. No hazard or brake lights or turn signals.third brake light is on. All bulbs seem to be good due to all running lights working. Was told to replace hazard warning switch .so i did..no change at all..any help would be appreciated

 

Have you checked the fuses?
