2001 f-150 engine vibrating

my 2001 f150 xlt with 190k miles just recently started vibrating
the engine shakes alot but it doesnt turn off
could it be the ignition coils, spark plugs, or injectors?

check ur mounts 1st b4 u start condeming anything with the engine

i checked them and there in good condition

I think that he means that it shakes like it wants to stall but doesn't.
