Today I noticed a small tapping (knocking) in the passenger side valve cover. I can feel it in the valve cover but cannot pinpoint the issue. has anyone had this similar issue. it is very sparatic . no other issues noticed so far. any suggestion would be great.

Could be lash adjuster, valve spring, or rocker arm problem. Pull the cover and check them out

 

Mine does that same ****. Idler pully it tapping.

 

looks like its off with the covers.
