Default 1995 tail light help!!

I want to hard wire a led tail gate lightbar into my driver side tail light but I need to know which wires do what. There are three wires into the top light a green with orange stripe and two black ones and for the reverse there is a solid black wire and a black wire with a pinkish colored stripe so what wire do I connect the ground to? The left signal? The reverse light? And the tail/brake light? Thanks in advance for your help.

I would check the top light wires put a lead on on end of the wire and the other lead on the frame whatever wire gives you continuity should be the ground

I found out what every wire is with my tester. But thanks anyways. So for anyone else needing this information the green with Orange is the turning signal the brown is tail/brake light and the black is ground also the black with the pink line is the reverse.
