1995 302 runs rough

1995 302 runs rough
I have a 95 f150 xlt with a 302 that runs really rough after I washed the engine bay. I replaced the distributor cap, rotor and wires and none of that helped. What else could be causing the issue?

Trash in the spark plug gaps; bad gas; dirty battery terminals; a failed sensor or actuator... The list of possible causes is long. You could narrow it down for us by putting ALL the truck's details (build options, maintenance & repair history, modifications, miles, etc.) into your signature as this caption describes:
