1994 f150 stalling problems
Since your motor does not have a carb, rather electronic fuel injection, pushing the accelerator is actually giving the motor more air through the throttle body. Just as in a carburetor the EFI is mixing air and injected fuel for engine RPM's.
That said you may have a fuel delivery problem. The computer controls several fuel functions through solenoids and pressure sensors increasing fuel supply with the increase of air. I would look at the easy stuff first. Check and clean your MAP sensor (in the air intake tube), check the throttle positioner for function and check and clean the throttle body. Another major component of failure is the fuel pump in the gas tank. It maybe working but not to factory specs. Pressure test the fuel supply at the fuel rail. You should have about 35 pounds running. If not start by changing your fuel filter first before you tackle dropping the fuel tank and changing the pump. It may be clogged. Good luck.
