Default 1993 f150 problem

Ok so i have a 1993 ford f150 xlt 300ci 6cyl 5 speed. At idle it runs rough and smells like pure gas. It also has like a strong blue gas smelling smoke coming out of exhaust. When you give it gas it will rev up but has a miss? and at full throttle it holds back?. I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator, intake gaskets, coil, plugs, rotor button, cap, wires, fuel filter, egr valve, map sensor.. still acts the same way... The thing that gets me is sometimes it will run smooth down the road and then it will start bucking? The check engine light does not work so i have no way to pull the codes unless i buy a obd1 reader. Could this be a computer issue? Thanks

I was having this same problem with my 93 you might have a blown fuse for the heated O2 sensor or a bad O2 sensor, without it they run very rich. Check and see if your back up lights work, If they don't it is most likely the fuse since it is the same fuse for both (it is in the fuse box under the hood by the air cleaner). You might have a flakey injector to.
It might be the computer but the O2 sensor fuse was my problem and I have heard of flakey injectors doing this same thing. Hope this helps.
