1986 5.0 boom

Default 1986 5.0 boom

my 86 150 auto i was driving and all of a sudden a huge boom and she died it turns over great no fire or fuel i done all the normal trouble shooting but to no avail i think it might be in the soilnoids but not sure help

Timing chain. Remove easiest valve cover, turn engine over and watch valve action.

Yea thats what i thought at first checked it it had some play so i tore it down and it was in time and in good shape at least for its age not the problem but thanks for your reply

Start with the simple things first...All vehicles need fuel, spark and the right timing. If you check these things first, chances are you can find the problem.
