hey guys my truck just hit 180 000 miles iwas wonder what should i do to keep my truck running good its an 01 f150 5.4 king ranch 4x4 and help would be great

 

If you have owned it since new, don't change a damn thing.

 

assuming your maintenance has been kept up to date you should start doing all the 100k maintenance again.

Coolant flush
ATF change
Rear diff fluid change
air filter
fuel filter
oil change
spark plugs
CLEAN THE PCV VALVE!
clean the TB
Clean the MAF
grease the slip yoke on the drive shaft
flush the power steering fluid with Mercon or Dex/Merc fluid

did i miss anything?
