150K Mile Maintenance
My truck has rolled over the 150k mile marker and I know I need to get it serviced. Question is, what all needs to be serviced. Oil and tires have been rotated every 5-7k miles, just curious as to what all needs to be done.
Were the plugs changed at 100K? inspect plug wires
Air filter every 30K
Tranny if it never changed
Rear diff if never changed
check the belts closely
Radiator if never changed
Wouldn't hurt to replace brake fluid if original

Maintenance schedule is in the manual, electronic version at http://owner.ford.com. Some fluids are "lifetime".
What is the past service history?
If you go to this link via Ford, it will tell you:
Basically, replace all fluids.
As idrive said, I would also flush the brake fluid and power steering fluid if it hasn't been done by now.
Rather than just inspect the serpentine belt, I would change it if you don't know the history. When it breaks it can take out the fan clutch ($$$).
If you go to this link via Ford, it will tell you:
- Change automatic transmission/transaxle fluid and filter
- MEMO: Gas engine; Up to 7.0 quarts of oil
- Replace accessory drive belts (if not replaced within last 100,000 miles)
- Change Premium Gold engine coolant
- Rotate and inspect tires; check wheel end play and turning noise
- Change engine oil and replace oil filter (See Owners manual for time based oil change intervals)
- Replace engine air filter
- Inspect and lubricate all non-sealed steering linkage,ball joints,suspension joints,half and drive-shafts and u-joints

I am surprised anyone is even attempting to answer without first know what power train you have?
