I have 2001 F150 XLT just change plugs, wires, and fuel filter it was missing real bad change them parts runs great if you easy through the throttle but if you push on the pedal suddenly it misses for a second or so then runs fine dont no where to go next any help. have no check engine light on and have no stored codes??

 

I would say you have a low grade misfire that is caused by a failing COP. Ford misfire detection is not the best at catching low grade misfires.
