Sorry for the long delay... (I guess no one else is "busy", eh? ) I fabricated the frame mounting brackets and the receiver hitch cross member (for the removable winch). Also got to test fit the 10ga skin with the OEM bumper off, to see how I did with my silhouette quesstimations.
The anti-crush sleeve keeps the frame from getting deformed under 250 ft lbs of torque on the bolts

Looking great.
It's nice to see some custom fabrication on this site, it's not very common over here.
Having had Jeeps previously I was accustomed to seeing custom bumpers, roof racks, winch mounts or something being posted on the Jeep forums all the time.

How much time invested in the rear bumper do you think?
Was it a weekend of dawn to dusk, or a month of a few hours on the weekend with beer in hand welder in the other?
