Sure can, its been done alot. Mostly on the F250/350s but since its the same body they will fit the F150 also. Just need to make your own brackets or buy some.
Heres a link to a set of brackets after a quick search. Not saying these are the best brackets, they just happen to be the first link i found. There are plenty of places that sell the brackets.

Damnit, and i know that too. Not sure what i was thinking when i replied.With that being said i would have to say although you can probably make a bracket to get it to mount, i dont think the body lines would line up very well and it may be too wide.
Could always do a 99-03 F150 Bumper Swap

Well at first I was talking about the rear bumper because I know u can put the f250 tail gate and tail lights onif u could put the front bumper on it would be pretty cool
