Hi there i have a 2003 f150 Supercrew with a 4.6 an about 250k. I was at a wrecken yard the other day an saw a 2003 lincoln aviator with a 4.6. With dual overhead cam aluminum block. My engine is single overhead cam. Is it possible to install this engine in? Would I need the whole wiring harness an computer? Would my alternator power steering water pump bolt on it. Any information would be appreciated.
