Default Coiled wire

Nothing to do with truck. But truck is pulling it. I have a tilt trailer with winch mounted on tilt part of bed and the battery is located on tongue. Problem is wire has to be long for when bed is tilted. I need to find out how to permanently coiled like a spring so it can stay clear when bed comes down. An ideas?

...or just run the wire to the trailer's hinge, and back to the winch. Then it stays tight all the time. But a better solution would be to put the battery on the tilt, with the winch. A short cable is better than a long one.

exactly what I did today. Run 1ga the whole way. Not had it under a load, but seems to work great this way. Thanks to all
