working on my aux battery mount...gonna be mounted to the frame under the cab....more pics to come...

only clear spot I could find...anywhere else I had brackets already hanging off the frame..once I get it mounted I'll get actual pics..

I put mine on a new crossmember (which is also used for the anti-wrap bar & skidplate). It's shown in this & the NEXT several pics:

Mine is for a 12K winch, 1KW inverter, & electric OBA. But it's also wired for cranking, even if the main is stolen.

Steve, I like what you did. I'm going to run out and check my rig and see if there is room. Any reason why you went with the Optima RedTop rather than the YellowTop?

That is always a great reason to take the good but not best choice (no insult intended). Did you weld up the entire battery carrier or start from a commercial product? If you made the whole thing up yourself, love the work, did you see anything similar commercially?
