I have a 2007 f150 and I want to do a 2011 front end conversion on it, I was woundering if it would be hard to do? Anything I'd have to cut and would it take long?

 

There are a lot of them done. I can't say for sure on the actual work. I do know you have to swap beds, bed sides, or just have different body lines.

 

I know you'll have to modify/remove the frame horns to make the 09+ front bumper fit, most likely going to need custom brackets for the headlights as well.
I believe the grill/hood/fenders will bolt right up but might need some shims to properly line it up. Buddy of mine just did the conversion on his truck and he has a lot of time into it
