So my 2019 is back in the shop again. This time the back up lines on the reverse camera disappeared And the zoom function won’t work. Dealer said they have fixed the lines on camera by replacing some parts. They can’t figure out why the camera will not zoom and wanted to see if anyone had experienced this and how they fixed it?

Just checked my Owners Manual, who would of known after 3 some years of owning my F150 my backup camera has a zoom option!

Now if someone could tell me how to adjust the brightness and contrast.

Is this available on 18's or new with 19+?

 

2016 302A here, love the zoom when approaching a trailer (+ button top left of sync screen) and I do believe it works while moving although I'll have to check again. As for the zoom not working I've not experienced this problem, first step would maybe be resetting modules/disconnecting battery for half hr? Let us know what you find, good luck.

This has came up before. I believe it turned out to be a ground issue with a pin in a connector not making contact.
