If your truck already has these features, these after market tow mirrors have everything the Lariat level tow mirrors have except power fold, power extend, memory and auto-dimming. I put them on my XLT and now have tow mirrors with BLIS, spot, puddle, turn, heated, and power mirrors.

Incorrect. My truck came from the factory with BLIS, spot and puddle lights. That is why the after market BLIS, spot and puddle lights worked as soon as I plugged in the new mirrors.
If your truck does not already have those features, you will have to run some wire to activate them. Only the features that your truck currently have will work without you running wire.
