Default xlt rebates

I picked up my truck April 2nd. Was really worried it wouldn't get here in time before the rebates changed. I got $4,250 in Ford rebates plus a $750 Ford cash offer. Today I see the xlt rebates are $1500 less in my area. Timing is everything.

Yes, XLT rebates have decreased, and X-Plan prices have increased since the end of March...

Darn, that's all the XLT rebates are right now? Glad I held out last year for a couple months and got my truck when I did

Idk about XLT but I went in looking at a super nice Lariat 5.0L with the Sport package with a custom lift/appearance package called Recoil a few weeks back. For giggles I wanted to see what they'd do. They offered me $10k off the price. So basically, I would have got the lift/tires/exhaust/stickers and more for free.
I passed cause I'm not ready for a new truck but they were willing to drop their drawers to sell that truck.

That's what I am saying. That isn't even half of what I got off my sticker price

I just checked again and they added the $1500 xlt cash back so they are now the same. It wasn't there a few hours ago.

$6,500 rebate when I bought my truck. Plus my $1,000 ford bonus cash, plus $2,000 Luxury package discount (Which I don't consider a rebate lol) so $9,500 total off the MSRP sticker before dealer took more off

I got my 2015 XLT in July '15. Sticker was $51,605. It shows the base price at $39,815 with $10,595 in options, plus $1995 dealer fees. They deducted the $2k XLT chrome pkg, and knocked off $9,000. Final price I paid was $40,605. So basically I got most of the "options" free.

XLT Screw, FX4, 3.5 Eco, 302a pkg, 3.55 e-locker, tow package. The only thing I wish was different was the outside tow mirrors. I like the way they are over-sized and look like F250 mirrors. They are power adjust, spotlights, puddles, etc. but MANUAL fold and extend. I didn't discover that until I was driving it off the lot lol. I have been following the thread about swapping out the mirrors, but it looks a little much for me now.

Yep, that's why I refuse to buy. Rebates have only been $1500 for months, need to see $6500 for me to consider!
