Default XLT Dash Conversion

Does anybody know if the soft touch leather/vinyl material on the lariats could be added to the XLT? Drives me absolutely nuts! I haven't bought one yet but this is just the big thing that I really don't care for.

I don't see why not...it won't be cheap or easy. I added a leather armrest cover from a Lariat for my XLT. But that was cheap.

Why not jump up to a base Lariat ?

I was just seeing if that leather material was built into the dash or if it was glued on or something. I probably will but lariats still aren't seeing much discounts. XLTs are easily 10k off here in Houston. I've already got a dealer who is offering me invoice plus incentives and said if anybody offers me something better to come back. I'll
Probably wait on a 2016 lariat. Was just seeing if anybody knew about the soft touch dash material.

Look on the dash top. On the lariats you have a stitched leather look where an XLT you have just a plastic.
