Yes. You can finance ASAP.

I just bought a truck 10 days ago and will be refinancing this week. Call FMC and they will confirm no prepayment penalties, no rebate issues. You still pay the setup fee for loan origination which added $110 to my payoff.

$110 loan origination was through your financial company correct? Our credit union doesn't charge any fee for a loan.

If you refinance in a few days or weeks after purchase, would it be considered a used truck then? Rates are generally better for new vehicle financing.

Nope. Still considered new. I think you have 3 months to do it.

No. I guess its a loan origination fee. My sales contract says 25,211. I called 7 days after purchase and payoff is 25,320. I think my docs show $98 charge to set up FMC financing. Rest is interest. Small price to pay for a $1000 rebate.

I can't speak for Ford or present time, but when I purchased my last Dodge Ram ( and truly my last ) I had applied for at the time cheaper auto loan with a better interest rate then Dodge was offering, when I went to pick up truck I had showed them the rate I was getting and they came back with a better interest rate then that. soo I wonder if Ford as well would do the same, might save on refinancing nonsense and still get the incentives
